Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or app download is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or download will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

This promotion (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Keberos, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Giveaway is void in Rhode Island and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Keberos, Inc., and their respective immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to enter or win.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on July 26, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM PT and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT, a thirty-seven (37) day entry window. All times are Pacific Time (PT). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are void.

5. How to Enter

To enter online, visit usetoya.com/spin and spin the wheel. Spinning is free and requires no email address or account. On each spin, the Sponsor's server selects a prize at the moment of the spin using the odds in Section 9, and the wheel displays that provisional prize.

Spinning alone is not an entry. An entry is completed by submitting your email address to claim the displayed prize within fifteen (15) minutes of the spin. When you complete an entry, the displayed prize is awarded to your email address together with a unique claim code. A displayed prize that is not claimed within fifteen (15) minutes of the spin expires and is void, and no prize is awarded for that spin.

Limit one (1) completed entry — one claimed prize — per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. The wheel may be spun more than once, but only one claim per person and per email address will be honored: once an email address has claimed a prize, any later claim by that email address returns the originally awarded prize and claim code, and a later spin's displayed prize will not be awarded to that email address.

6. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase or app download is required. As a free alternate method of entry, hand-print your full name, mailing address, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Keberos, Inc., Attn: $500 Giveaway AMOE, 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received within five (5) business days after the Entry Period ends. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person and per email address.

For each valid mail-in entry, the Sponsor will perform one (1) spin on the entrant's behalf using the same server-side random selection and the same odds as an online spin (Section 9), and will email the resulting prize and claim code to the email address provided on the card. A mail-in entry is a completed entry when the Sponsor performs that spin: the fifteen (15) minute claim window in Section 5 does not apply to mail-in entries. Mail-in entries are subject to the same limit of one (1) completed entry per person and per email address; a mail-in entry for an email address that has already completed an entry receives the originally awarded prize and claim code.

7. Eligibility to Win (Verification)

Entering the Giveaway is free (see Sections 1, 5, and 6). Separately, and disclosed upfront: to be eligible to win, an entrant who wins a prize must have installed the Toya app and completed signup onboarding using the same email address used for their entry. This eligibility-to-win condition is verified manually by the Sponsor.

8. Prizes

Every completed entry wins exactly one (1) prize. The prize is selected at the moment of the spin and awarded when the entry is completed (Section 5). Six (6) prize tiers are available:

Cash prizes are limited in quantity. The wheel can only display a cash prize whose quantity is still available at the moment of the spin: if a cash prize tier's quantity is exhausted, the random selection awards one (1) month of Toya free in its place before any result is displayed, so the wheel will never display a prize that cannot be awarded. Once a cash prize tier is exhausted it is no longer displayed or awarded for the remainder of the Entry Period. Subscription prizes are not limited in quantity.

Any prize displayed by the wheel and claimed within the claim window (Section 5) is awarded in full, exactly as displayed — no prize is substituted or downgraded after it is displayed. Cash prizes are paid in full at the stated value. Limit one (1) prize per person and per email address. Prizes are awarded and fulfilled manually by the Sponsor; see Section 7 for the verification condition and Section 10 for fulfillment.

9. Odds of Winning

Every online spin displays a prize selected at the moment of the spin — before any email address is collected — by the Sponsor's server using a cryptographically secure random selection with the following fixed odds. Every completed entry wins the prize its spin selected. Odds do not depend on the number of spins or entries received, except as stated below for quantity-limited cash prizes.

Combined odds of winning a cash prize: 1.00% (100 in 10,000). Combined odds of winning a subscription prize: 99.00%. The odds above apply while a prize tier remains available. Cash prizes are limited in quantity (Section 8); once a cash prize tier's quantity is exhausted it can no longer be displayed or awarded, and the random selection awards one (1) month of Toya free in its place before any result is displayed.

10. Winner Selection & Notification

There is no random drawing after the Entry Period, and there are no losing spins. Each prize is selected at the moment of the spin by the Sponsor's server (Section 9) and — for online entries — is displayed on the wheel before any email address is collected. The unique claim code is revealed immediately after the entrant submits their email address to claim the displayed prize (Section 5). For mail-in entries, the prize and claim code are delivered by email (Section 6).

Prizes are fulfilled manually by the Sponsor after the Sponsor verifies, at the email address used for entry, that the entrant has installed the Toya app and completed signup onboarding (Section 7). Entrants must use the same email address in the app that they used for their entry, or the Sponsor cannot match them to their prize. Winners of cash prizes will be contacted at the email address associated with their entry and must provide identity and tax information (including IRS Form W-9 where required) before payment is issued. If an entrant cannot be verified or contacted, the Sponsor may withhold the prize at its discretion.

11. General

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
